Diffuser Bracelet LOTUS · Chalcedony, Magnesite & Lava

A morning by the water, just before the mist lifts: white, a shimmer of mother-of-pearl, a breath of lilac.

The faceted white beads catch the light and scatter it in fine reflections. Between them sit two chalcedonies in soft lavender, veined with cloudy, almost liquid bands. Chalcedony of this quality is rare. Every bead carries its own pattern, and no two are alike.

At the centre rests the magnesite, white as limestone and traced with fine grey veins. Two pale lava beads bring a rough, earthy texture into play. Silver-tone spacer beads hold everything together.

At the edge hangs a lotus flower in stainless steel. It roots in mud and still opens towards the light. It is an old image for the idea that clarity doesn't arise despite the depths, but out of them.

A scent that goes with you
The lava beads work as diffuser beads. Place one or two drops of your favourite essential oil on them. The stone absorbs the oil and releases the scent slowly over hours, close to your pulse and noticeable only to you.
